Join us in this open session to learn from one another. The journey to an agile organization is a constant one, requiring adaptability, collaboration, continuous improvement, communication, and—let’s face it— sometimes nerves of steel. Those living it know it is not to be undertaken alone. Wouldn’t it be helpful to talk with other agile journeymen and journeywomen—to compare maps, recalibrate your compass, and then return to your path with new ideas, and expanded experiences to pull from? One topic we’ll explore is leadership support for agile practices—a highly elusive animal, indeed. Let’s discuss what works, what doesn’t work, what questions remain unanswered, etc... From there, who knows where our safari will go. It’s up to you, so come along for the adventure.
