Some more details about the perfect fit:

• Deep experience in the .NET Framework with focus on C# 
• Experience in Microsoft ASP.NET MVC 3, LINQ, and the Entity Framework (or at least nHibernate 
• Experience with Team Foundation Server for source control and work item management. 
• Experience in an Agile environment with experience in at least 2 other environments doing so. 
• Familiar and experienced with Test Driven Development (TDD)
